The Nordic Bishops' Conference has encouraged Catholics in the Nordic countries to assist this year's Synod of the Family by replying to the Synod's so-called Lineamenta questions. Time is limited, however: you need to respond befre the beginning of April. However, you can now give your replies to the Lineamenta questions at on St Henry's Cathedral Parish website.
On the page henrik.katolinen.fi/lineamenta the Linaementa text of the Synod Fathers is followed by a series of 46 questions. Unlike the corresponding Vatican page you can give your answers by filling in the boxes on the page. When you click the Submit button at the bottom of the page your replies will be sent automatically to the Vicar General of the Diocese of Helsinki. Please note that you must reply in English. You can choose to answer all the questions or only some of them. You can also reply by e-mail (in English) directly to yleisvikaari@katolinen.fi. Please write ”Synod 2015” in the subject line and remember to reply before April 1, 2015.
